When we were active as a band in the early 00's, Jason Talbot and I were usually a self-contained unit. We didn't add extraneous members very often. The exception was Vic Rawlings, a brilliant genius who played with us as a trio many times, and we loved it. Vic plays an amplified cello with metal attached to it, and a rig of homemade unstable electronic doodads. Whenever he joined us, our usual high-speed ultra-awkward rush was derailed beneath Vic's even more monstrous anti-rhythms.
